Pre-operational. Commercial launch planned for 25 March 2027. How our pre-launch program works

Manufacturing approach

Blending and packing, engineered for Omani agriculture

Our planned facility will operate a blending-and-compounding model rather than primary chemical synthesis. This lets us focus on formulation quality, batch traceability and rapid response to customer needs — without the capital intensity of ammonia or urea manufacturing.

Planned capabilities

  • Automated NPK blending lines with precision weighing
  • Composting and bio-processing for the organic line
  • Reactor tanks and mixing systems for liquid formulations
  • Packaging in 50 kg PP bags, jerry cans, drums and IBC totes
  • On-site chemical laboratory for quality control and formulation R&D

Public capacity figures reflect the current Phase 1 plan and may be revised as engineering, financing and regulatory approvals progress.
