Privacy notice
This notice describes how Najd Fertilizers ('we', 'us') handles personal information collected through this website. It is provided in accordance with Oman's Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022) and its Executive Regulations (Ministerial Decision 34/2024), and is under formal review by our legal counsel.
Who we are (data controller)
Najd Fertilizers — a company in registration with the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion of the Sultanate of Oman. Registered office and Commercial Registration number will be published upon completion of registration.

What we collect
Contact information (name, email, phone), company information (organization name, sector, country), inquiry content (product interest, quantities, timing) and any files or CVs you voluntarily submit through our forms. We also collect anonymized analytics data (page views, coarse geography, device type) to improve our service.
Legal basis and purpose
Your explicit consent, given when you submit a form. We use your information to: (i) evaluate and respond to your pre-launch expression of interest; (ii) build our pre-launch talent pipeline for CV registrations; (iii) demonstrate market demand, in anonymized and aggregated form only, to investors, banks and regulators; (iv) contact you regarding our commercial launch and follow-up. Consent is required and may be withdrawn at any time.
How we store it
Structured records are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database hosted in the European Union (Supabase, eu-central-1 region). Files are stored in a private, access-controlled object store in the same region. Access is limited to authorized personnel and is logged.
How long we keep it
Pre-launch expressions of interest are retained until 24 months after our commercial launch, unless you request earlier deletion. CV registrations are retained for 24 months from submission. Anonymized analytics are retained for 26 months. On request, we will delete or return your personal information within a reasonable time.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to withdraw consent at any time, to object to certain processing, and to receive your information in a portable format where technically feasible. Sharing and transfers
We do not sell personal data. We share anonymized, aggregated statistics (not personal identifiers) with investors, banks and regulators as part of our funding and licensing conversations. We do not transfer personal identifiers to third parties without your explicit consent, other than to the technical service providers required to operate the website (hosting, email delivery, bot-protection), which act under contract on our instructions.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our handling of your personal information, you may lodge a complaint with the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology of the Sultanate of Oman, which supervises the Personal Data Protection Law.
